Original CNIC for verification

Application for disconnection (you can write one by hand or fill one at the center)

Proof of last bill payment

Step 3: Fill and Submit the Disconnection landline

Once you’re at the center ask the representative for a disconnection form. Fill it out carefully with your correct landline number and account details.

Most disconnections are processed within 7 to 10 working days. You might receive a final bill if any pro-rated charges apply.

Step 4: Return PTCL Equipment (If Applicable) landline

If you were using PTCL equipment like modems or phones on rental or installment plans you may need to return them. Failure to return hardware may result in extra charges.

Step 5: Confirm Final Disconnection landline

You should receive a confirmation SMS or email once the disconnection is completed. You can also call the PTCL helpline at 1218 to confirm.
