It’s kind of crazy when you think about it now, but Justin Bieber wasn’t found through some big show or record label. He was just a kid in Canada, singing because he loved it — and his mom caught it all on camera.

That’s where Justin met Usher for the first time. And after that, everything shifted. A deal came together. Studio sessions started. Justin was still barely a teenager, but his whole world changed.
