Judge Frank Caprio Dies at 88 from Pancreatic Cancer

Frank Caprio has passed away, after battling pancreatic cancer.

In December 2023,frank caprio

he announced his diagnosis in a heartfelt Instagram video, asking his many supporters to “please pray for me” as he began treatment . Over the following months, he credited his family—his wife and five children—with being his emotional and physical support system, and shared how his faith strengthened him throughout treatment .

As the year turned into 2025,frank caprio

his condition took a turn. On August 19, 2025, Caprio posted from his hospital bed about a health setback, and sadly passed away the following day at age 88 .
