Born in Providence Rhode Island in November 1936 Frank Caprio overcame humble beginnings to become a beloved public servant He served on the Providence City Council and later earned his law degree while working full time In 1985 he was appointed Chief Judge of the Providence Municipal Court and held that position until his retirement in 2023
